Who we are
A parts business, run by people who fit the parts
Glaciaura is the retail brand of Ay Aqua Solution, a water treatment supplier based in New Delhi. We started on the service side — installing and repairing RO systems — which is where the problem became obvious.
Getting the right spare was harder than doing the job. Listings never mentioned the thread size. GPD ratings were guesses. A membrane would arrive that did not fit the housing, and a customer waited another week for water.
So we built the catalogue we wanted: every part listed with its actual specification, stock held in depth on the items that fail most often, and a single WhatsApp thread instead of a checkout maze. If you can tell us what broke, we can tell you what replaces it.
Today we supply domestic purifiers, commercial RO plants from 25 to 500 LPH, and over 250 spare parts — to dealers, independent technicians and facility teams running annual maintenance contracts.

Kamal has spent his working life around water treatment in Delhi — first installing systems, then repairing them, and eventually stocking the parts that nobody else kept on the shelf. Glaciaura grew out of that shelf.
He still takes calls from technicians who cannot identify a fitting. If you send a photo to our WhatsApp, there is a fair chance he is the one who answers it.

We confirm stock, apply your dealer slab and add freight. Usually back within the hour on working days.

Approve and pay
Bank transfer or UPI against a GST invoice. Credit terms available for regular trade accounts.

Dispatch and support
Stock items leave within 24 hours with a tracking number. Fitment questions stay in the same thread.

Eligible products carry a one-year replacement warranty against manufacturing defect. Consumables are treated separately — the full terms are on the warranty page.
