Before you apply

Is there a joining fee or minimum first order?

There is no joining fee. A sensible opening order is discussed during the conversation and depends on your city and what you service — we would rather you start with what you can actually sell through.

What margins can I expect?

Dealer pricing is set as a slab against your expected volume, so it varies by account. We share the full price list once your account is verified, and it improves as your purchasing grows.

Do you give territory exclusivity?

Not automatically. Territory arrangements are considered case by case for dealers carrying meaningful volume in an area. Raise it during the conversation and we will be straight with you about what is already committed.

Can I apply without GST registration?

You can apply, and we are happy to talk. However, GST registration is needed before we can issue tax invoices and open a formal trade account, so it will have to be in place before pricing is confirmed.

Do you offer credit?

Credit terms are available to established accounts after a settled trading history with us. New accounts start on advance payment against a confirmed quotation.

How does ordering work once I am a dealer?

Exactly as it does on the site, but at your rates. Send the list on WhatsApp, receive a quotation with stock and freight confirmed, approve it, and stock items dispatch within 24 hours.

What happens if a part is defective?

Eligible products carry a one-year replacement warranty against manufacturing defect. As a dealer you raise it through your own account, so your customer deals only with you.
